She is a product of the BK Petržalka team. In high school, she played in Oklahoma. As an undergraduate, she played for the university team in Kentucky. In 2017, she transferred to the team Piešťany Seagulls, where she played two seasons and was one of the pillars of the team. She also played for the Seagulls in the Eurocup. In 2019, she transferred to the Italian first league team Basket Femminile Le Mura Lucca. Besides basketball, Ivana graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in applied psychology and is a model for WTM Models.
