Since its establishment, the club’s goal has been to give kids the opportunity to play sports and develop their basketball skills. The accent of the management therefore rests on the youth pyramid, which the club has gradually built up from the pre-school to the most valuable adolescent categories of cadets and juniors. This is also the basis for the attitude of the current management of the extraliga club, which does not want foreign players in the team. They declared it when they entered the top league in 2014.
